Our Pupose
Leading for Racial Equity, LLC works with faith-based and other not-for-profit organizations to deepen understanding of systemic racism and equip the organization to analyze its structures and policies to lead for racial equity.
Dr. Joyce Caldwell and Rev. Marilyn Miller have 30 years of partnership and experience in facilitating dialogue, leading workshops and training sessions, and working with organizations to examine and address their journey toward greater racial equity.
